Technical Rescue in Richmond

Richmond FD, Chesterfield, FD, Henrico FD, and Richmond Ambulance Authority are all on scene of a man who is trapped in an approx. 20 ft. hole burried up to his waist in dirt. The location of the call is 2735 Grantwood Court. Operations are on Richmond FD Tac 2 and Chesterfield FD Tac 4. Both Chesterfield and Henrico's Crater Rescue Team's are on scene along with Chesterfield Air Utility. City of Richmond DPU is also enroute with a backhoe.

The "Crater Rescue Team" is the tri-cities technical rescue team. I know Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, and Prince George are involved with the team.

Henrico mentioed their "Crater Rescue Team" so I'm not sure if it's actually a Crater Rescue Team or just a Technical Rescue Team. I do know that it was Chesterfield's Technical Rescue Team that responded with the big tractor trailer that sits outside of Station 14.

And just to put a cap on the incident, the man that was trapped in the hole was extricated around 9:00pm and rushed to an area hospital.

Speaking of the Tri-Cities Crater Rescue Team, they were dispatched to a call on Temple Ave. at the Prince George/Colonial Heights line for a man who had fallen into a trench and was trapped around 3:30ish. Does anyone know what the result of that call was?
