TelePath System 268 Con+/Apple DMR Tier III

I just checked to see what sites I can receive on the Con+ system. I get Mt. Diablo (Site 15), and I should be able to get Mt. Tam (Site 14) and Grizzly Peak (Site 21) from my location, but I've got nothing. Also nothing any of Telepath's licensed freqs at either of those sites.

I don't think Sites 14 and 21 are online, despite the fact that Site 15 is announcing them as neighbors.

Site 29 - Mt Vaca and Site 35 - San Andreas (really Bear Mountain) both advertise as neighbors up here for Site 38 - Pine Hill, and same, not able to receive anything on thise two despite other systems on those mountaintops being received.

I did some monitoring from the top of Mt. Tam, as well as next to the Apple HQ.

I've updated the Telepath Con+ sites as best I can:

• Sites that are no longer announced as neighbors, and were not heard, have been marked deprecated
• Sites that are still announced as neighbors, but were not heard, have been noted "OFFLINE"

I also added several new sites to the Apple Tier 3 system.

I was in Merced today and was able to get a signal for Site 30. I was focused on some other systems so I didn't have time to sit on the CC (nor is there much traffic on Telepath, typically).

I was about to say weird I didn't get it in Santa Clara, but then I noticed it's a new frequency. I'll update the DB.

Site 3 (Newark Data Center) may also be gone from the Tier 3 system. It's no longer listed as a neighbor by the other Bay Area sites, and it looks like Apple sold the facility to T5 Data Centers in 2020.

Confirmed, there is no Con+ or Tier 3 site at Newark.
