I have a Ten Tec Century 21 model 570 for about 20 years and just pulled it out of the closet. In
had a problem with the PTO sticking and I completely took it apart cleaned it and it now works great.
The problem I'm having now is when adjust the drive control an key down to transmit the voltage at the panel lights goes up the 16 volts and needless to say the lights get very bright.
I am new to electronic repair and I'm trying to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair this problem. If anybody has any experience with this radio any troubleshooting tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am in the process of looking for the schematic but like I said I'm in the learning phase and I felt this would be a good radio to start on
