Has Terre Haute City police changed from the Safe-T network? I have not been able to pick them up on either the P25 or Motorola system.

I can understand why they done that , also since Terre Haute Police Department is showing Digital Talkgroups on the new P25 System . Are they going to be change to E Talkgroups on the new P25 System for Terre Haute Police Department Talkgroups

Nope, their dispatch will remain un-encrypted for special details... They will just use one of the encrypted talkgroups for normal dispatching
