the last couple of days terrebonne been using a troop c talkgroup 5051 for their dispatch 1 operations any clue to as why...hope its not to start encryting talkgroup 33000

I would expect that it has something to do with the dispatch center. Those 2 talkgroups were patched when I looked at it yesterday. Probably just sharing a dispatcher for whatever reason.
