Testing AA NiMH Batteries Questions

Does anyone test their AA NiMH batteries and if so, what tester do you use? Do you just replace them after a certain period of time? I've run across this tester and was wondering if anyone has used it before.

From what I understand it is important to load test batteries, not just do a voltage test. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If the battery can't handle the load of the device your using for the period of time that it is supposed to. You can either keep using the batteries and put up with the fast discharge or you can replace the batteries. If you get 3 hours instead of 10 like you used to then it is time to replace the batteries.

The device you are using can test the batteries for you.
