testing in PA or NJ

Is there any VE's that could give me a test at random either in the Lehigh Valley, PA or around Egg Harbor Township, NJ or must it be done during a specified meet?

If you go to the ARRL website, you can enter your zip code or city and get a list of upcoming tests. http://www.arrl.org

This VE testing is held in Atco just off US 30 west of Hammonton and an easy drive from Egg Harbor Twp. It is usually scheduled monthly. VEC Testing | K2AA: South Jersey Radio Association I don't know any other details. HTH.
