Hello, im newbie to radio is possible, to locate Tetra radio encrypted signals when keying up ? Can 2 Kraken sdr receiver detect signals?

You only need one Kraken as it has 5 receivers. It checks the phase between the antennas connected to those receivers so it should be able to direction find from short transmit bursts but I cannot confirm what the shortest time would be. It only needs a carrier to do direction find and the modulation type or if the data are encrypted doesn't matter.
