Some folks from Hackerspace Prague [brmlab] are working on a gnu-radio Tetrapol decoder, apparently it is now possible to listen to uncrypted tetrapol voice.
TETRAPOL currently has 80 networks deployed in 34 countries including France, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Switzerland.
