The 700 MHz public safety band was reconfigured several years ago and some frequencies changed.
This was before the the TV channels moved and before the band was even in use in most places.
After that happened, I submitted the info on the Texas common/shared page from latest document on the TSIEC web site http://tsiec.region49.org/MOU+TSICP.pdf .

I also updated the nationwide interoperability wiki page Common Public Safety - The RadioReference Wiki when the final APCO/NPSTC/ANSI channel name document http://www.apcointl.com/new/commcenter911/documents/APCO-NPSTC-ANS1-104-1web.pdf was published.

I had to type all that by hand and I proofread it several times.
It is possible that there are errors or the Texas band pland doesn't match the national one, even though TSIEC also has the APCO document on their web site.

As far as I can tell the low power/itinerant channels don't have official names.

That actually helps. I guess I thought all the 700 MHz channels had names but it really makes sense that they don't. The one document that had them listed as Interop freqs with names, but that one was also out of date.
