ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQOV751 - STATE OF TEXAS; TEXAS ANIMAL HEALTH COMMISSION
I have never heard of them before and so far this is their only license.

I used to work with a guy that worked for them back in the 1990's. The license statement says they "Coordinate Activities in a Disaster". I just remember that they would periodically set up check stations around the state line and conduct livestock inspections to verify proof of health paperwork on the animals. They frequently use DPS weigh station areas for this. I used to have a print-out of their radio programming list and it did have a channel licensed to them but I don't remember what the frequency was.

Well if they have any other licenses they are under a different FRN.
