Checking to see if the info on RR is still accurate. While scanning for the Texas City P25 (via SDR), I noticed the control channel 853.300 would start drifting away. I verified the problem with two different tuners. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?siteId=26033
Also something about PPM value is off. Now its getting too technical for me. I'm trying the get my Texas City public broadcast online, so any help with the p25 system, RTL SDR, and DSDPlus Fastlane knowledge would be very helpful.
