Texas DPS APCO-25 digital mode

How would i program DPS APCO-25 digital mode to my Motorola XTS 5000 VHF FPP? I prefer a radio not programed to a scanner. I will only Monitor not TX.

This is not a TX specific question. Indeed it is not a scanner question at all; however, I think that you might find more help in the Motorola Forum than here. Please re-post your question there with a reference to conventional P25 programming.
