Still working on my amateur radio callsign.
Do they even use radios? All I ever hear is the beeping on their frequencies..
The don't talk a lot. They also use county sheriff frequencies.I've already got that programmed but never hear them talk.
As far as I can tell game wardens use 4 digit numbers. It sounds like the fist digit is the region, the second digit is the district and the last two digits are individual officers. See this map for regions and districts. In Taylor County they probably use 63xx callsigns. What are their call numbers so I know that's them?

What? TPWD has been on VHF high band for many decades.I've heard lots of traffic on the State Park freqs. I was talking to one of the Game Wardens a couple years back and they we're using low-band and VHF. Not sure if that's still the case or if they've changed over to VHF completely.

And Austin they use 159.27 and also 151.415 when they’re running license plate Or Tx numbers checks
They seem to mostly use DPS and local radio systems. However I do catch them occasionally on 151.355 NAC 111 simplex.
