well jan1st is almost here and with it brings the states new interoprability narrowband channel system replacing the old wideband with the new narrowband, texas law 1 and 2, and others will be converted to narrowband and given their respective new sub audible tones,no more intercity or vtac.so us scanner enthusiasts and ham operators hope that radio reference will also update their system to accomadate this new change(as manualy updateing all the new scanners and radioes are rather cumbersome nowadays).personaly i think this will be rather of a needed change except for the possible intermidant frequency interference by adjacent units and co channel operators. the ctss tone will help eliminate most of the problem but with new ideas and trials their is always kinks that need to be worked out.

actualy they are going to change them around new call signs and some new frequencies and new sub audible tones(their will be no longer texas law 1 and 2 and others as well which are listed at the site you provide) the one in rr actualy is not updated to the one the state has at the dps office you can access it thru raio reference and see it (tsicp).most are the same also you can get more info on this from the texas forestry agencies.the one you posted admits what it is showing will change in jan 2013 but does not show the new call signs and some other alterations but no harm as it is listed in the dps section as the texas state interoprability channel program. its in pdf form
