TG 20016 on Fairfax Co Public Safety System

I am getting comms re triangulating a signal. They cuffed the target in 26 minutes. Is this an academy training exercise?

Interesting. New TG I noticed. I have no idea.
Yesterday there was a bomb threat at South Lakes High School and during that time I found TG 22400, also new, but it was encrypted.
