TG: 38656 Sites 3 and 4

Site 4=1 hit. Site 3=157 hits. I have this lsited as DFCM Maint. Based on the TG location as well as the comms heard. Not enough to tell where, but based upon the hits my guess is SLC area.

I just submitted 38624 as DFCM Maint Ch6. We might want to take a look at all these DFCM channels and renumber them. 38592 had 135 hits on Site 4 in 1 week and have listend to conversations about Utah Coutny Justice building HVAC systems. Also safe to say this is DFCM. {Need to put this last part in another thread.}
