Haven't stumbled across this one before! TG 3984.
Callsigns like "Academy 2" and "Academy 3" were practicing code 3 pursuit training in the QUALCOMM stadium parking lot on "Friars Rd" (although likely they weren't actually on Friars). Training supervisor was playing the role of dispatch.
Does anyone know the official SDPD alpha tag / channel designation?
