Can't find any association with TG 4488 in NCK on the KSICS - I strongly believe it is the Smith County EMS department. Can anyone confirm? Who do we inform of this, since it's not on the KSICS info page here on RR?

My only advice as a long-term KSICS listener is to train a scanner on that Talkgroup and see if you catch more traffic on that channel to further confirm it. Once you have confirmed the Talkgroup, go to https://www.radioreference.com/apps/submit/ and fill out pertinent information.
