Hey guys,

This is one of the TGs (44960) in my April Watch list and I have been able to record enough traffic to determine this is some type of Public Works channel.

"Switch to 1 to talk to the East Side guys"
"W4 Public Works number 4"
"I need to go to the skate park and get the garbage cans"

They are very casual on this TG and talk more about when to get lunch then anything else. This might be some type of C2C TG for a Public Works group.

As I originally reported here regarding your Watch List, my dusty list of old TGs shows this TG as Orem Public Works which falls in with the type of traffic you are reporting. I'm not going to venture a guess as to why it is affiliating with UCAN site 3, however. If it were not affiliating with site 3, I would be willing to report it to the Db.
