TG 46000 Heard In Tulsa

I finally caught TG 46000 this afternoon. They went out to the Salvation Army downtown Tulsa and picked up a subject and then had Storey Wrecker town his vehicle. They sounded like a state agency but I question if they are OHP. Could they be OSBI? They didn't sound like they were familiar with the Tulsa area. Any ideas?

I saw them in action sometime last year; atleast I think it was them: They rolled up into the front yard of a residence in the 2600 Blk of Frankfort in a 80's model Olds with plain tags.... it was pretty crazy; 3 guys jumped out and ran a subject down on foot!
