Yes. For the Pro-94 while trunking press the SRC button and it will display SEARCH on the bottom right and it will "search" the trunked system for any TG ID unless you lock one out. Once a TG is found and is active it will display the TG ID.

What scanner are you using?

I have heard 51440 & one other FD group on the Norman site. I suspect they are not turned on all the time. I locked out 51440 due the strange feedback sound on their transmissions that was hard on my ears.

51440 is coming in loud and clear, I just got it entered in my pro-95. as soon as I got it in and hit scan, moore keyed up on the old freq and I hit scan and it went right to the trunked system. I'll let you know if any more id's come up. Moore disp said all units clear FD for a call and nothing from fire came thru, so ...

Wasn't Crying Wolf!

It turns out that I wasn't imagining Moore FD on the DPS System after all! :)

At 07:06 Moore FD dispatched a fire alarm and it absolutely, positively was simulcast on the Norman site of the DPS system. I still show it as TGID 51696 and since the talkgroup is the same as it was last time, I suspect that it is a good id.

I got to thinking that with only four voice channels available on the Norman site and with Moore PD, Norman PD, CCSO, and often Shawnee PD on the site, along with the normal OHP traffic, they might keep that link turned off during the high radio traffic periods.
