TG 9001 PG County

For over the last week I have been hearing what sounds like police dispatch on this talk group on the south site. I am unable to pin down a location for it. it does not fit the normal layout for any of the cities and sectors in PG or the MSP.

Has anyone else heard any talk on this TG?

I came across it several weeks ago, and was wondering who it was as well. If anyone knows, or can devote some time to monitoring, let us know.

I noticed this talkgroup in the past and though it sounded "odd". Now that you ask, I listened and all of the recordings I have seem to point to the Anne Arundel County POLICE version of this:
