TG on Cobb TRS other than CCPD

Are ALL of the talkgroups encrypted on Cobb's P25 system? I'm interested in monitoring the police departments of Austell, Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, and GSP Troop C. I won't bother to manually perform the entries on my scanner if those TGs can't be deciphered. Thanks in advance all.

you must be confused with Gwinnett, Hall or Walton.

Almost ALL TG's on Cobb's DTRS are unencrypted. Only on rare occasions has encryption been heard on some of the MCS and SWAT talkgroups.

CCPD, CCSO (except some MCS),Fire, Marietta, Smyrna, Acworth, Kennesaw, Austell and Powder Springs are all in the clear.

Yes, my impression was that Gwinnett AND Cobb systems are encrypted. Thanks MTS for clearing it up.

Issue #2: Where can I find a legend that lists Roswell Police signals and codes? I've been all over Google without success. Surely it must be out in the wild?
