TG updates

I'm trying to get the new TGs from the TXWARN p25 system using ez scan software but after i update everything it still has the same old TGs. Do i have to delete this system in my scanner or will it update the new talkgroups into my scanner. What am i doing wrong ?

Since you don't tell us the TGs you are trying to add, my first guess is they are encrypted. You should check the IMPORT OPTIONS before you try to import the new TGs. Make sure you uncheck the boxes for encrypted TGs in the options. You do not have to remove and reinstall the system. Other option is you can manually import them from a CSV spreadsheet file.

Not encrypted TGs. Just DPS and a few new TGs. None are encrypted

Then you should be able to select them and import, remember to select a scanlist.
