I'm picking up transmissions on the Windsor system with a TGID of 106. It sounds like Hartford Police detectives possibly or a neighborhood watch group. They said "Team 3 to 1 Adams St. McDonald's, for a customer dispute", the officers are running names and warrants checks. I checked and there's no McDonald's on Adams St. in Hartford. if anyone knows what I'm picking up lmk.

There are only so many "Adam Streets" in CT

Here they are.

Maybe the McDonald's is just near Adam Street?

While I'm at it does anyone know why my scanner is not sending alpha tags to Broadcastify? I have a 996P2 and the usb cord is plugged into the usb slot at the front of the scanner and into my laptop. I believe the COM port is set correctly. I have the ScannerCast software selected for "Uniden 396/996". Under the advanced tab, the diagnostic information seems to be correct as well. It displays "GLG...." when nothing is being scanned, but it shows the correct tag when something does hit. I keep checking the app on my phone though and I don't see the tags on the app. Thanks in advance.

I'm thinking its some kind of training, they just said, "Dispatch to team 3, let me know when your ready for your other scenario"
Sounds very much like academy traffic.
