TGID 36763

Does anyone know who's using talkgroup ID 36763? I've looked in the ARMER database and can't find any TGIDs in this range of numbers higher than 36750.

For the last several days I've been intermittently hearing what sounds like military ops on this TGID using tactical call signs like "Condor" and "Sandpiper". I've haven't been far from home in the past few days so I think wherever I've been I've been receiving sites that are part of the Virginia/Hibbing simulcast.

I also heard TG 36763 last weekend (May 20-22) using those and similar callsigns from the Duluth area. It sounded as if they were tracking in-bound and out-bound aircraft, they were indicating heading, distance, and altitude. Because they were using callsigns like "Condor" I assumed it was National Guard.
