TGID=61 "Ralston PD"

Howdy, everyone!

While listening at work yesterday, I caught a lot of comm activity on TGID=61, which is currently listed as a second "Ralston PD" name in the database.

The traffic was definitely not PD-related, rather it was a couple / 3 guys apparently testing electical circuits and christmas light strings.

Could TGID=61 possibly be something like "Ralston Utilities" or maybe "Ralston City Maintenance"?

Has anyone else hear this type of activity on this TGID?

TGID 61 is technically Ralston PD, but seems that everybody uses it, from the cops to parks, etc. I have heard DC Sheriff Deputy a couple of nights back on a traffic stop talking to RPD on the nature of the stop.
