TGIF ON PI-STAR MMDVM struggles

So after a week of learning the brandmeister network and setting it up on my PiStar MMDVM it is running great; thanks to assistance from several people in this group. I decided to get another pistar and set it up for TGIF. This, however, is not going well. I am trying several different ways to overcome the configuration settings which are not saving after hitting the save button. I do have the other spot turned off

Can you help get this TGIF thing straightened out. The problem is when I go to advanced settings and put in what the youtube directions say, the TGIF_Network on the main page won't stay and I keep losing my password and other info on the other page. Ugh......

Have you tried a new SD card or reflashing the original one? I had better success with a new card than the one that came with the hotspot on a normal BM setup.

No yet. Will try that. I saw in some other info where some had success. Will report when done
