Purchased a Nooelec SMArt V5 last January that went bad, I think it was something on my computer but I'm not sure. I contacted their customer service, and after providing documentation and screenshots of the issue they offered me a replacement. I'm impressed with how helpful they were and appreciate the good customer service.

As a side note, I have two SMArt V5 dongles running ACARS, three minis running my Calls Platform feed (which has been running for years non-stop) and two I use for other things. This was the first time in over 5 years of using their products I've had a problem, and I'd happily recommend them.
