The Autobahn in NYC

Listening to SOD I hear mention of activity on a road/highway/street called "The Autobahn" but I can't find it on a map or in searches. Lots of businesses
by that name. Anyone? Tnx.

Sounds like slang for some road where speeding is common. Another slang name is "top of the world" refering to the elevated highway connecting the Prospect Expressway and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.

Deadman's Curve was a nasty curve on Interstate 95 in the Country Club Section of the Bronx. When I was with Throggs Necks vollies years ago, I know we went to one or ten MVA's there.
