The Cadillac of Radio Systems dies again!

At 6:40 A.M. June 24,2004, the NHP Radio System once again failed in the Reno area.
At 7:23 A.M. the system was once again restored to normal operation.
Should have bought a Lincoln instead of a Cadillac! LOL!!!!!

Yikes...I guess calling it the "Cadillac of Radio Systems" was sort of like George Bush saying "Read my lips, no new taxes!"

July 5, 2004, 5:15 P.M....... the Cadillac died again.
All that was available were units talking to open air and a couple of car to car transmissions got through. I would imagine that the units in Reno could use the Washoe System however that system only works in Washoe County.
The system came back on line at 7:13 P.M.
Thats 2 hours during rush hour with no radio communications.
God bless those slick talking salesmen.
