Jay said:It's a standard EDACS system (EDACS 9600). Most likely any Trunktracker you get will track it - though if people are using digital or encryption (which I don't know - it's not specified in the TRSDB) you won't hear them. Doug can probably answer that part a bit better.

Heck, most of the time for most of my scanners (except the 396), I program them by uploading an ASCII file thru HyperTerminal, created from output generated by my Excel master table of frequencies. Not much more software than already exists in Windows. (Still, newbies would want something much easier, and there is.)
Then again, there are people who are having trouble even with programs that have "Guided" modes which literally step you through a process hand-holding you all the way..
