Not if you are in California. You need to add on 9% sales tax so that is $40.50 so that will make it $490.80.

yes, they are fast. also, if you go to greamerica.com and look at the list of their psr500 suppliers/distributers, or whatever you call them, quite a few of them have websites with the psr500 priced at $449.99
