The 15001 aircraft came and went!
It has left LAX heading for unknown airport flying at 35,000+ altitude... back to Canada....

As someone told me.... "Apparently they are finding their own way home." back to Europe ;)

By chance I was in Century City, and can confirm 412.2875 NAC 293 also being used. Seems to be a one-way patch with activity rebroadcast onto 409.525. Also noted non repeater direct usage of 409.525.

As I saw a note previously of British security using 160Mhz frequencies I scanned the band. Did not confirm anything except some undetermined emission mode(sound kinda like MotoTrbo) on 162.825 and 163.75. Also noted what seemed like repeated some key ups on 166.885 and 168.975. (of course all which I noted could be intermod)

Good frequencies so far:
Southern Blue, 45.42 MHz, convoy escorts;
US State Dept (?) 409.525 MHz, light trfc w/ British accent;
LAPD Metro 1, 506.8375 MHz, Primary Command;
LAPD City Wide Tac 2, 484.6625 MHz, Secondary, appears to be a priority records check;
I suspect there are simplex frequencies in use, but I'm 13 miles away with hills in between.
Any others?

Add LAPD City Wide Tac 4, 484.4625 MHz.
Tac 2 is suspect at this point. Since the Royals are "home" for the night, some of these channels may be released for the night. Definitely quiet tonight.

It was a scheduled flight.....the crew was seen at the BAFTA party the night before. I am guessing a lot of the British "stars" and support returned on that flight as passengers also....
