Unfortunately here on the East Coast both Koreas are kinda difficult; I don't recall if Seoul has any relay agreements (such as with Sackville); North Korea is VERY difficult, partially due to their somewhat erratic schedule (which may become a little more clear, now that a propaganda war is about to start...)

The place to check would be the NASWA master spreadsheet which Dan updates every couple of days; don't forget to listen in on DX Listening Digest and check the various SWL related mailing lists.

This could get interesting...73 Mike

[edit] You could also check Beijing, Vietnam, Thailand (via the Udorn relay base) and Tokyo as other information sources. Indonesia's so-called 'external service' is very hard to hear on the East Coast due to propagation, but might be possible. Just don't expect it as a regular...

Actually, here in the midwest, North Korea is quite easy on 15,160khz - direct from Korea (no relay) heard in the evenings in various languages including English. South Korea is the bugger - I've never heard them.

I'd try KBS 9580 between 02-03, as listed on the master spreadsheet. Before that - actually around 01-0157 - it's China via Cuba. Usual muddy audio, and there's a slight echo - possibly a timing or phase issue between the satellite feed and the transmitter. Interestingly, the announcer only briefly mentioned the conflict, and played part of an interview with Secretary of State Clinton. Walking the line, I guess...
