To the left of the ICOM HF radio is an old HF receiver from the original Electra Bearcat back in 1984 or 1985, the DX-1000. It was a nice $500 radio in those days. It still works.100_4848.JPG

Oh, it's one cat....I figured it was twins, one for VHF/UHF and one for HF!!!!

Nice! Think a couple more scanners and you'll be set!
Not all my scanners are showing. The kitchen contains one, an old 780, several old handhelds including a 246T, a PRO 60, a TRX-1, another TRX-2, a BCT330, and two old crystal scanners from the later 70s'. The radio room also contains a 785 away from the desk mounts. It just never ends. In my area there is very little trunking and no simulcast, so an SDS 100 and 200 are not needed. If they were, I would have a few.
