As far as I can tell this guy is crazy and is held up inside of his home. He has a firearm confirmed and is also claiming to have 400lbs of explosives. Ill try to keep people posted.. Guy sounds like he is out to lunch.

Wow - is this up in the NE? My wife said she saw the TAC team race up Memorial eastbound around 5:30 tonight.
