Just wanted to know any opinions on the Tecsun PL-606 vs.PL-380. As always,any info is appreciated!

What are you going to try to hear? Neither of these radios could hear sideband - are you looking to use something as a fixed base receiver, or something to carry around on trips? More information, please

The 380 has the edge because of its selectable bandwidths. I'd start doing a little homework on these radios before you do anything more. Our receiver reviews category is a good place to start. I'd begin with the eHam links and see if anyone has written something up on either radio

Hey, RUSHFAN...you may also want to look at Amazon reviews of the Tecsun radios. I have both PL-380 and PL-606; I'm not sure what you want to hear, however, I find that the 606 seems to hear faint MW station a little better barefoot. FM is the same. haven't yet tried out the SW. Both good radios.

Great radio. Easily one of the best I own.
