Doesn't look as it is ready made for sale. You'll need a 3D printer and the know how to print it yourself.

Since I posted that original query over a year ago I've since gotten my own 3D printer and made one for myself. I think it looks pretty good!

Yeah looks pretty neat, but if I would have to build one, I would:
1/ make it out of wood, laser cutted with LightBurn (no 3D printer available),
2/ tilt the slot 45° backward, in order for the screen to be readable and the keyboard usable.

Yes, depending on use I also have a really nice one of a different design someone else sells. The angle on that one is perfect for my desk. The one I printed comes in handy when I'm controlling it by the computer or am using the Bluetooth transmitter and will not be viewing the display anyway.

Sure. It's a Bluetooth transmitter. Using it I can retransmit the audio to every room of the house.
