Thomas County - Need first hand listeners

Are there any "first hand listeners" out there that confirm what frequencies are actually used/valid for Thomas County?

The database lists many agencies with "expired" licenses. The only one I can vouch for is Fire dispatch on 154.175. I have no idea what the fire response channel is.

Any help appreciated.

Most former frequencies are expired, please advise if these are still in use, or can be deleted.
Most Public Safety operations, 100% Encryption
the county sheriff shows as TDMA on the SW Georgia Regional Radio System (phase 2)
it might be encrypted now. on a uniden scanner the radio mutes on encryption so you would hear nothing.
i also see it is simulcast and that causes problems for many radios, as in you might hear nothing or garbage.
