District 7 covers 11 counties. You will need to program the sites on the TACN statewide trunked system for the areas where you will be. It would help to know your city and county. If THP uses any talkgroup other than Disp 1, you will not hear it. The other 3 talkgroups are fully encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner. The talkgroups with TE in the Mode column are fully encrypted.
For any site using any frequencies other than 800 MHz, trunking tables must be set to Auto Fill. For sites using only 800 MHz frequencies, trunking tables may be set to Standard.

I have entered 2 wayne co sites, 1 Perry/Lobelville, 2 Hickman co/Hornertown, 2 Lawrence co/Crestview and Westpoint 1 Marshall co/Gills Chapel and 1 Giles co/Pulaski and I have not heard anything what is the other 2 sites 1 in Wayne co. and 1 Hickman co.

On the TRX-2, you are only going to receive one site. The scanner will find a site with a good signal and stay there until it deteriorates and then will search for another site. The only way around that is you need to set up a separate system with each site. Put all of the talkgroups in each system. Assign the talkgroups in each system to a different scan list. You will then be able to scan one site or any combination of sites by selecting scan lists.

You do not know how the TACN System operates. If the OP is hearing the Dispatch Traffic on a Site they will also hear the Cars on that same Site this is how the System is setup Statewide. If the OP is using the TRX-2 as a Base unit having all the extra Sites is a WASTE OF SCAN CYCLES.
WHAT IS THE DELAY TIME SET TO I run mine at 4 or 5 SECONDS?
HOW MANY OTHER SYSTEMS/FAVORITES are being scanned?
What Talkgroups have you added?
Add a Wildcard You should hear Prison Traffic in that area.
I run a TRX-1 and TRX-2 both on the TACN System and they both work. This has been tested by me from Mississippi River to Gatlinburg driving I-40 multiple times.
The average Site RANGE for the Factory Antenna inside Antenna is 15 to 20 miles at best The Building and Terrain will also effect range.
Add an outside 25 to 30 foot in the air may also help you
If you want to hear Several Agencies then add more Scanners

I am aware of that. I just wanted the OP to know that the TRX-2 does not change sites unless the signal is bad no matter how many sites are programmed. In the WS1040 and WS1065, you can set Multi-Site to Stationary and the scanner will scan all sites whose control channels are in the frequency list. If Multi-Site is set to Roam, only one site with a good signal will be scanned. You have no control over which site will be scanned. You can also set Multi-Site to Off if only one site is being scanned. The later Whistler scanners do not have the Multi-Site option. They are stuck in Roam. I have helped other members who wanted to receive talkgroups in several counties on a statewide system and they could not do it until the site selection method I suggested was employed. Please let me know if there is another method of scanning multiple sites.
All of my sites I import from the Database 3 ways

#3 State Wide Every Site and My TRX's do not display what you say. They Work with the TG Delay set to 4 to 5 seconds.

Would I enter all the frequencies or just the ones in red? How do I enter all this in the whistler EZ scan. Would I enter Hornertown and Hornertown 700 in different scanlist and also Crestview?
I ask a few questions in the post you Quoted and yet you ask more questions and give no answers.

I am a little confused you have been here 19 years and you do not understand Trunking?
It is obvious you do not know how to program the TRX scanner and until you answer the questions I am done trying to help you.

Everything in my county is all still analog and nothing is trunking. I was trying to program it using the whistler software
Everything in Lewis Co except THP may still be conventional analog, but pretty sure THP is on TACN statewide and this is a P25 (digital) trunked system.
