THP District 8's Jackson "Henry A3"

Anyone in West Tennessee know anything about THP District 8's Jackson "Henry A3" channel of 158.730? I think it might be a new channel...

THP District 8's "Henry A3"

"A3" has been a part of THP's VHF system since was first built. the output is 158.730 and the input is 154.935. There are a number of other A3 repeaters throughout the state. The Henry County site may well be new, as it does not appear on a very old system map.
I checked the FCC on-line search. There does not yet appear to be a site in Henry County for this freq listed.
