three medi-fight choppers coming in to OU med Ctr

Anybody here anything outside the metro on this? Accident of some sort, or three unrelated medical issues at the same time

We had 3 air evac choppers here at our facility at the same time last week. 2 were on transfers, one was here doing GPS checks. I know they are building a base for them at our local airport.

No more Mediflight!

Can you say which "local airport" that would be? Maybe Elk City, I heard they were putting one in there sometime. I think the Claremore base is still out of service after their latest crash.

Also, MediFlight will be adding a third machine when they get ready to open their new base in Shawnee soon.

Maybe they were practicing "non-prearranged hard landing drills". Or something like that.
