Static Displays
Yes I did make it to the static display.
The Wyoming ANG C-130's did most of the fly-bys, along witha few others.
Here is a posting of the aircraft, from Sandy in Denver, from another group.
Went up to Cheyenne WY today to see what the Open House at the ANG base was
all about. The following aircraft were on static display:

over MAFFS Nrs 4 & 6 from CA-ANG. Apparently the MAFFS gear won't fit in the
115 AS's "J" models.

prop that wasn't a "J" model.

Thunderbirds were doing a show about 5 miles to the south, but didn't really
bother to listen too much. #6 came back early with a problem. Didn't see #7,
but there were
two #3's; one of which was in the hanger for maintenance.
Not as many fighters at this year's show, and not nearly as many military
demos as in years past. But it's better than nothing.
