Looks like that ticket hasn't been "owned" by an admin yet. May have been overlooked, or perhaps it is not showing up in the listing for VA/global admins. I'm not a VA admin so I can't tell, although I can look up the ticket directly.

A VA or Global Admin might want to look in the queue and see if it shows up. If it isnt' showing up, that might be why it has not been worked.
