Does anybody know why they took the County/City radio offline?

I, nor anybody else I know, can pick it up anymore, either via, here or scanner radio apps.

First off, welcome to Radio Reference.

You didn't mention what type of scanner(s) you are using. It appears that much of the county has gone digital which might explain why you can't pick them up. Here is the info on the county/city. You will need a scanner like the Pro 106 or Pro 197 to hear the digital signals. There are other scanners that can hear them as well.

I noticed that no one on RR is providing a live feed of police, fire, EMS, etc. I don't know about other feeds.

I guess you would need to contact the app provider to see why the feed is no longer active.
