I've noticed that on a Motorola Capacity Max Advantage system the Stun/Unstun is decoding opposite of what I would expect:
I'm currently running DSD+ 2.303, but I have seen this on previous versions as well.
I've confirmed the same decode is seen regardless from where the Enable/Disable is initiated (Sub-to-Sub, Console-to-Sub, SAC-to-Sub).
A radio Disable decodes as:
Reg/Auth/MS Check; Tgt=<Initiating-ID> Src=<CSBK>
Unstun; Tgt=<Receiving-ID> Src=STUNI
A radio Enable decodes as:
Reg/Auth/MS Check; Tgt=<Initiating-ID> Src=<CSBK>
Stun; Tgt=<Receiving-ID> Src=STUNI
