Time delay between postings

I like most people am on and off the forums quickly and i think the 60 seconds delay between post AND Private messages is crazy. I think 30 seconds would be sufficient. It doesn't bother me so much in the forums b/c it will take a minute to read another thread and make a reply to post in most cases but private messages is a different story. i can read adn reply to all 10 pm's in 5 minutes if it would allow. I don't know if this was already discussed but i don't see it on the main page here. but that is just my 2 cents
