In SDRTrunk i see the control channel active which is always the top line. Then next there is this weird always on what looks like a data stream or something. It shows in the "from" and "to" columns what resembles ipv4 addresses. Always on. Is that a link? I am not gonna post a image incase those are in fact ip addresses. It does periodically blink "Data" in green.

I have never heard of a P25 system using IP addresses over the air.
I have run Unitrunker on that system before during band openings and have never seen anything like that.
It is probably something to do with how SDRTrunk displays OTAR or data but since I have never used SDRTrunk I can't help much. Posting a screen shot would help.

It was also revealing a MotoralARS when i clicked on it

Which fooled me to think it is another control channel

The actual Control Channel shows default APCO P25 PI details
